Order Processing and Handling
At topledlighting, we understand that lighting is essential for your space. All orders for our LED lighting solutions are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Specialized Packaging for Fragile Goods

LED products, particularly integrated fixtures and decorative bulbs, require extra care. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we utilize industrial-grade shock-absorption packaging, including customized foam inserts and double-walled corrugated boxes. Every item undergoes a final quality control check and a “shake test” before leaving our warehouse.

  1. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service:

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $20 (Domestic only).

  1. International Shipping & Customs

We ship our LED products globally. However, please be aware that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs/Duties: Orders shipped outside of [Your Country] may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Voltage Compatibility: Before ordering, please ensure the product voltage (e.g., 110V or 220V) is compatible with your local electrical grid.

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your lighting’s journey directly through our website’s “Track Order” portal.

Damages and Replacements
If you receive your order and find the lighting components are damaged or defective due to transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a free replacement shipment for any items broken during logistics.
